She specialises in preparing creative firms for sale with extensive expertise in finance arrangements and media relations. Rose is a non-executive director at Whitewater Creative Services and live|work design, two of Pembridge’s investee companies.
Professional Experience:	2002 – Partner of Pembridge Partners LLP. Pembridge invests time and money exclusively in creative firms to help their owners build and realise value. Pembridge has raised or invested directly >£25m since start-up, regularly achieving over 40% IRR. Rose specialises Pembridge’s TV/Film and Design clients as well as PR and marketing agencies. 2000 – 2002 Investment manager, 3i. 3i is a major private equity investor in Europe. As a key member of the European Media Team, Rose worked on major media investments such as that in the Ministry of Sound. 1991 – 1999 Sales Director, Ziff Davis. Ziff Davis is a global special interest media and publishing company focused on the technology and game markets. Rose became Advertising Director in 1996 and grew PC Magazine into a £8m cross media advertising business. As her final year as head of sales her team generated over £15m worth of revenue for the UK.
